TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
- 80-90% or all issues are related to lack of/or poor cleaning
- Unit will build up to pressure and shut
- Gun filter in backwards or clogged
- Incorrect tip size for material
- Improper material for sprayer
- Pressure adjustment set too low
- Materials like Xylene, M.E.K will shorten the life span of the piston seals
- No solvent should be left in the pump during storage
- Clean-up should always finish with warm soapy water
